1. Introduction to the Digital Learning Service

The Digital Learning Service (formerly known as the Learning Systems Team) is part of Libraries and Learning Innovation and works closely with the Centre for Learning and Teaching, Distance Learning and IT Services.

Our support team helps staff and students get the most out of the MyBeckett Portal and VLE, Turnitin, PebblePad, Google Apps (G Suite) and more via phone, email and through comprehensive written and video guides
 
We deliver face to face training sessions and self-paced online training for academic and support staff, and offer student inductions (where possible).

We offer Schools / Course Teams a consultation involving collaborative academic and technical discussion and tailored training workshops, supporting School five year plan objectives.

We work on projects that aim to support the University strategic plan and education strategy, particularly enhancing the student experience, improving student satisfaction and building a community of great people.
