Mobile Apps

Step by step guides

About our Mobile Apps

Most of the University's centrally supported Learning Systems have a corresponding mobile app. Some (Blackboard App, PebblePocket) are primarily aimed at students but available to everyone, whereas others (Blackboard Instructor, Turnitin Feedback Studio) are specifically designed for staff.

Want to provide marks and feedback online? You can use Turnitin Feedback Studio to mark submissions both online e.g. at home and offline e.g. on the train.

30% of our students regularly access our systems via mobile apps and it's important to understand the implications for students when creating online module content. You can create courses / modules which take advantage of mobile functionality to enhance the student experience. E.g. communication, engaging content, polling.

Our guides help you to get started with a range of mobile apps.

Need more help? Our contact details are available at the bottom of each guide, and on the About Learning Systems page.
