Google Workspace |Â Step by step guides for staff
What is Google Workspace?
This page contains links to staff guides for Google Workspace. (Information for students is available on the Library website).
Leeds Beckett University staff and students have access to Google Workspace, a range of communication and collaboration applications. This is effectively our own ‘copy’ of Google that can be accessed securely over the internet anywhere, anytime.
Log in using your staff email & password is all that is required to create content.
Google Workspace includes a word processor (Google Docs), spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and presentation packages (Google Slides, YouTube). A useful thing here is that any material created can also be worked on with others collaboratively and shared easily with others on MyBeckett.
The following guides explain the basic Google Workspace functionality.
Use of Google Workspace in leedsbeckett.ac.uk staff and student domains remains subject to IT regulations for our staff and students.
