- Download student marks in bulk
1. Download marks
You can download Grade Centre as an Excel spreadsheet:
a. In Grade Centre, hover your mouse over Work Offline, then click Download.
b. In the Data section, you can choose to download Full Grade Centre (everything in Grade Centre), a Selected Column (one assignment) or User Information Only (just a list of students with no assignments). Leave the rest of the settings as they are.
c. Click Submit.
d. Click Download. An Excel file is placed in your computer's Downloads folder.
Important: if you make changes to the file, you'll need to reflect these changes in MyBeckett by editing marks in Grade Centre. You can re-upload the sheet, but please contact us if you're going to try this so that we can guide you through it. A mistake could have serious consequences for all of the marks in a module.
e. Your students access their marks by clicking Provisional Grades in the module navigation menu, (please ensure the link is not hidden).
