1. Re-order content in a Content Area
You can add content in any order, then drag and drop it into your preferred order.
a. Click the Edit Mode button to turn it ON
b.Hover your mouse over the content item you want to move. You'll see a double arrow
c. Click and hold on the double arrow, then drag the item up / down the content list. A dotted box marks where the item move to when you release the mouse.
2. Copy a single content item
You can copy content from one area to another within a module and copy some types of content from module to module (if you're an Instructor on both modules.)
Click the Edit Mode button to turn it ON
b. Click the action link (circle with a down arrow)
c. Select the Destination Module from the drop down list. If you're copying content within the same module, you don't need to change this)
d. Select the Destination Folder by clicking Browse... i.e. where in the module you want to copy it to
e. Click Submit.
3. Move a single content item
You can move content from one area to another within a module and move some types of content from module to module (if you're an Instructor on both modules).
a.Click the Edit Mode button to turn it ON
b. Click the action link next to the item you want to move, then click Move
c. Select the Destination Module from the drop down list. If you're moving content within the same module, you don't need to change this)
d. Select the Destination Folder by clicking Browse... i.e. where in the module you want to move it to
e. Click Submit.
