Known issues and suggested workarounds
When you have added a QuickMark / bubble comment to a student's submission in Turnitin Feedback Studio, you can:
Click on the QuickMark / bubble comment to open it
Click and drag the QuickMark / bubble comment to move it
However, if your mouse moves as you click on a QuickMark / bubble comment to open it, Feedback Studio may prepare to move the QuickMark / bubble comment instead of opening it.
Make sure your hand is still when clicking the mouse to open a QuickMark / bubble comment.
Try double-clicking on the QuickMark / bubble comment instead of a single click.
Finally, if you are still having trouble, switch to a different browser
1. Instructors do not have visibility that another instructor has attached a rubric to an assignment before a submission is made to that assignment.
2. If another instructor attaches a rubric through the rubric dropdown in modify assignment it will overwrite the existing one. Even if that rubric has been used to mark assignments - and crucially, no warning message displays as it does through the Feedback Studio interface.
